Return and refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the product description, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns must be approved before items are shipped back. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at thrynvaultstudio@proton.me with your order number.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After review, we'll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue. In most cases, you will not need to ship the item back.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, or once your refund is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at thrynvaultstudio@proton.me.
Return shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exceptions Gift cards, final-sale items, and digital products are non-refundable. Digital products cannot be returned once accessed, downloaded, or delivered, unless the file is defective or inaccessible.
