Shipping policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time Most U.S. orders arrive within 10–20 business days after processing. Some items may arrive sooner depending on warehouse location and carrier speed. Some items ship from partner fulfillment warehouses, which may affect delivery times.

Shipping rates (United States) Standard U.S. shipping: $4.95. Free standard U.S. shipping on orders $50+. Express shipping ($15.00) may be offered when available and will be shown at checkout.

International shipping International shipping may be available to select countries and will be calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or carrier fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking Every order includes tracking when available, emailed to you on shipment. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or your U.S. order has not arrived within 30 business days after shipment, contact us at thrynvaultstudio@proton.me and we'll look into it.
